A Quick Guide to Beating Wrath of Carnage (No ubers, No talents) - Battle Cats

Wrath of Carnage is often considered one of the harder advent restriction stages in Battle Cats due to its somewhat brutal restriction of normal, special, and uber units. This means the stage is a lot harder if you don't have good ubers.
Ok about levels. Ideally, you want your Whales to be able to tank at least one hit from Hannya without flinching because it's your main source of damage. It's possible without, but it becomes a lot harder (on my very first clear, my Li'l Island could but Island couldn't). Both my Island levels are pretty low so of course if they're higher it will help.
Dlazer level doesn't matter too much because she's just there to make the Bore phase go quicker so you can chip with Islands more. You should boost her though and give 5 levels of attack and defense up talents if you can for the best performance.
If you lack levels on the Islands or Dlazer, you can substitute out one of them for Dark Cat as well. Conversely, if your levels are high and don't need extra damage for the Bore, you can put in a midranger like Dancer to use against the R. Ost if Bahamut fails. Speaking of Bahamut, he is Level 40 but it really doesn't matter. Level 30 basically does the same thing

This is the definition of a well-built stage, you don't just send out things and win, you actually have to think of a technique in order to win. PONOS did a really good job with this stage, 10/10

Yeah well built to make sure you need to wait 8 months for your cats to be high enough level😂😂 this is the most unstructured stage on the entire game legit based on levels nothing else you have a level 20+50 island and you win that simple if you don’t you will never win
2nd try this level went from hell to a fun challenge with this lineup. Ty for the strats!
the key to bahamut timing is the dust particles when something hits a thing, spawn bahamut when the dust appears, r ost has 1 attack but 2 animations.
Important Tips
R.OST attacks way less than it looks like. You see, every other of its attacks is actually a fake out to make it seem like it attacks fast. Try letting one hit your base. You will notice every other hit doesn’t decrease the HP, play the SFX or show any sign of being a real attack
my +7 on average normals means that i must resort to ubercarry... so here goes nothin

I’m extremely limited by not having the combos Lion King, Three Kings or Seasons of Love. I simply cannot kill the Bores fast enough even with Peach Devils.

Is there anything that can replace "three kings" And "seasons of love" Combo? (I got all treasure)
The stage is really hard if you don't have that specific combo. I guess throw in one or two strong ups and use a melee/tanker Uber that you have (or talent dark laser). The main thing is that you want something that can tank a Hannya hit

Honestly this stage isn't that bad. Haniwa stops the rost easily and macho legs cat really shreds it. The boar can be easily stalled with eraser and island and it's shredded by Dark lazer. I had to beat the original stage without bahamut and sushi since I didn't have them
It's a pretty simple stage in nature but the wrath can stump people that have low normal levels

haniwa cat is from archaeology 101, you beat the first stage then you get ancient egg n 001, you evolve it by using 10 red and purple behemoth stones, for the last three units you get them in monthly event stages
I got Courrier and Dark Kasli and if my dumb ass can’t beat this level I’m gonna beat Legend stages

Eraser works well enough. Might need to throw in a Mohawk Cat too if the level is too low though

Take a defense/strong combo and your tankiest ubers, especially ones that target red.

Frog Prince, Tiny Ancient Hunt + Dragon Old and Young (2 Sm Strong combos and 1 Attack Up Combo)

Being fr though within like 1 or 2 months of preparation you'll probably get some Uber that can help or higher normal cat levels. You can also use defense combos instead of strong because iirc they have the same health multiplier, you'll just lose out on the damage.

My normal cats are so underleveled (highest is 20+31 on jamiera) and I can’t even touch hannya cuz either I can’t kill bore fast enough and r.ost comes or r.ost crits my a.baha cuz my eraser is 20+20

The levels were quickly shown in the beginning, so in case you missed them:
Dragon: 20+28
Haniwa: 45
Lil Island: 45+5
Island: 20+25
Dark Lazer: 45
Bahamut: 40
No talents nor talent orbs were used, but they would obviously help

You could but it would mess with the strong up combos so id recommend sticking to normal king dragon if you can
Can i use sniper the deadeye + cyberpunk for this stage?
The restriction locks out both of those units as they are super rares unfortunately

Not having three kings really sucks. You'll have to use the best strong up combos you got instead then.
Assuming that you mean Li'l Island is level 31 total and not with plus levels. Li'l island level seems a bit low but you can sub it with Dark Cat if that's the case. If your islands can't tank a Hannya hit he will inch forward slowly after every attack. Thankfully, a talented dlazer basically splits this level into two though
Also this is where some ubers can come into play to to help if you have any.
The only uber I have that can do some good is balrog. Strengthen talent not upgraded cuz poor

You'd probably have on eraser and another meat shield since your eraser levels are probably low.
You should get Haniwa though because it's cheap and relatively simple. He carries a lot in dealing with R. OST

@@mrdairycherry1954 yes you can still play the stage. It is on for two hours every day at random times. You’ll have to look up the specific times on the wiki.

The restriction doesn't let you because Crazed Whale is super rare unfortunately
