Beautiful falls! This looked like a nice section. Loved the last campsite under the pine and by the lake. Don't get better then that.

Was wondering what the blue hat hiker was up to. Awesome hike! Thanks for sharing!

This is very soothing and just so peaceful to watch, I come to your channel often and always find myself so moved and inspired to create. I think nowadays, the judgment of what makes a great content is very sketchy. Myself I had a RUclips channel and I did quit because I felt I could not keep up with the power that if you don't make this certain level of quality it means your stuff is rubbish. I am finally getting back and realizing that it doesn't matter. You inspire me a lot. Thank you and wishing you the best on your journey :)

Many thanks! I just make videos for myself and hope others enjoy, if not 🤷‍♂️. Thanks for watching!

I’m such an old worry wart. I’d worry about ticks. Great video, though.

Beautiful videos! Thank you for documenting your hike so nicely and sharing your adventure. I'm hiking the Pictured Rocks segment in three weeks, and appreciate seeing your video.

Certainly not the Smokeys! Looks very wild. I too never set out without my head net. The Sand Hill Cranes stop over each year just SW of me in the Sloughs Wildlife Area , west of Henderson KY on hwy 268. The area looks nearly identical to the area in your video. Thanks Blue Hat

Fun fact: The brownish color of the falls is caused by the resin in the roots of the cedar trees in the marshlands where the headwaters of the river form.
(Edit) This is why the nickname "root beer falls" is often used.

I’ll help you. It’s an Indian name. Tahquamenon Tah- qwah-men-non.
      Grand Marais, French Mah-ray.
      Nice video.
