I’m traveling through Italy with this pair right now and gotta say after probably 50k+ steps in them I’m loving them. Definitely agree with your points on attractive colorways and traction. In the wet it does feel a bit sketchy on wet cobblestone 😂
Bro, it takes courage to change your mind publicly ;) I loved them since the beginning, wore them in Croatia and in Düsseldorf and Munich and I gotta say I love them!
What is weird is that Sachs preaches function and his ted talk went in depth about how much experience you need to become good at your craft.. yet, the soles of these are obviously astectics over function and show absolutely no experience in how a sole of a gps should work. I am a Sachs fan, but this sole makes me feel like he made a big mistake.
2 things: 1) you should look at the price difference between 12.5M and 13M... its ridiculous (im a size 13... prob will have to go with a 12.5 lol) 2) does the shoe break in the more you wear it? ive heard that from others but wanted to hear your experience. especially with the insole, since its supposed to mold to your foot over time
Fire beat giving me old school vibes 😊 thanks for the honest review. I haven’t went for them yet no interest but I will go for gray those are pretty cool.
I'm in the opposite position. Got two pairs of these dark sulfurs but the yellow was too loud for me and I ended paying resell for the light bone/cream CW. It looks pretty much like a Clarks thanks to the contrast between the upper and the brown midsole and is more wearable IMHO. Surprised how comfy they are. If you want to keep them in good shape, use a full cedar shoe tree to keep the upper tight.
I hear your points but it’s not enought to make it a wearable pairs in my rotation. On the colorway, this one might be the best but it’s still a yellow shoe.. drop here

Slipping and sliding everywhere
better than panda 🐼 for everyday shoe IMHO
I'm glad I watched this before putting raffles on the brown one, otherwise I wouldn't know that it's slippery in wet areas. Thanks.
thinking about it as a lifestyle instead of a general purpose shoe makes a lot of sense to me appreciate that perspective

What do you like about them?
@@leep_uq I like the material and I like how they fit. And I like how they age
Between this and nb2002r, what do you recommend
2002r
I want the OG colorway but definitely not gonna pay $600 in a size 14M.
You’re absolutely right on the soles having no grip at all on wet surfaces lmao
Had to find out the hard way

That seems like a serious oversight, my guess is he went with a rubber that's harder and longer lasting and prob why it has bad traction when wet.
What are those brown pants you are wearing?

Yep you’ll save hundreds. Got my 12.5 which fits like a 13 for $190. The 13 was like $600, lol. Crazy difference for basically the same size.
@@gmp3517 thanks for the reply man, i appreciate it
Which are those dunk high turquoise?
That with lots of Nike soles being slippery is so true....don't know the material compound, but they do not go well with wet surfaces...

I'm a TTS 11.5 in nikes, but in dunks i wear 11.. what size should i go with?
Probably 11
@@JoshDominic appreciate it!
I really like the all grey version coming out soon the most but have these dark sulfurs. Pretty cool pair imo.

These were at Kohl's in the US. Anything over retail is too much lol
The hype machine worked well, but I’d only buy these on sale or from an outlet, especially at M11.5 prices.
let’s gooo
These are dope!
It's worth if you can style it i guess 😂
these yellows released at kohls so your initial opinion wasnt wrong
Josh just a bought a farm.. sneaker culture farmer shoe
Man... sneaker "culture" is becoming such a joke...
Imagine paying resale for these clown shoes from Walmart 💀
It’s always been a joke.
