everyone has modular sets. if you're building your own, you're miles ahead. every video i see people are using the same $2-300 kits. this guys videos are amazing and creative, and small enough for hobbiests to build them. keep doing what you're doing BrickBrain and Small Brick City.

Finally I have time to watch and comment on this awesome moc JC love the ideal do the clinic/hospital for small city I loved the statue on the roof and the 3D Red Cross as well will catch part 2 later on❤️❤️👍
Thanks! I though about the fire station. The only thing is I don't know what fire vehicle would fit. A real engine would be the size of a half base plate. Not sure if any smaller vehicle would be effective.
Suggest that you move the rear wall back in the center to put an overset wall in the reception room for a toilet. There are so many who go to the doctor that must have a toilet for urine samples or just to use it for its desired purposes. That or do a redesign and delete the operating room. A doctor office with several toilets just does not seem real. All and all great building.
