    Trasitional AV canal defect =
    Small inlet vsd, double orific AV valve, Clift. Large OP ASD. ??

    Why was this patient not candidate to biventricular repair ?

      @@NouranMohammed-pj5jb Biventricular repair is a good option for patients with an unbalanced AVSD, which is when one of the two ventricles is disproportionately small. Most patients who are eligible for biventricular repair have the procedure before they are six months old. The mortality rate for biventricular repair in symptomatic patients who are three to four months old or younger is less than 3%.
