Hello chillroom, I'm currently having a big problem with my account. The thing is that I used the soulknight prequel gift code to receive the warliege character. But I forgot to save it to cloudgame and also deleted soulknight and downloaded it again to free up data. By the time I realized my mistake, I had farm and save nearly 80,000gems and could not re-enter the giftcode. Does the game publisher have a solution for this problem?or how can i report it to player support page? (sorry for this bad emglish)
The gift code can only be used once if you already claim the reward before you delete soul knight you can't get it anymore you have to create a new account in soul knight prequel and get a new code
of course bro season pass ALWAYS costs money when it's initially released (you need to buy the in-game currency called "fish chip" just like every time) S2 for example is still selling voidfarer class in season pass, but after S2 ends and S3 starts, they announced that voidfarer class will be free for 500 gems only same with every single season we've got, animancer class from S0 and herbalist class from S1 both cost 509 gems each

@@felguy1149 hear me out The skill of elementalist that reduce the elemental resistance the polygon in the middle arent that pixelated and i think they can do it again, chillyroom ngl animating a transparent polygon pretty good so it possible they can animate a non transparent object May be it would look bad with how small it will become but i think maybe rolling the 20 sided dice and then only show the number on the top side would be pretty cool
@@felguy1149 ngl it ưould be way more fun if they change the skill into throwing the dice and you get the number when they landed so the size wont be a problem anymore and i can just multishot and heavy ordinance the dice

Day 2 of requesting chillyroom to change the the dice skill of riftvoker from a six sided to a 20 sided dice😅
Animating pixelated skills aren't easy, it's a nice idea but 20-side die would look gross and too complex for this game
