You don’t need to click very fast as ur dmg mainly comes from poison, and ur fists r mainly good for breaking bullets. It may be somewhat rng dependant for how easy it is to beat, but if u land all ur skills every time they come off cooldown u can just play safe and the timer will be fine.

Just use the reduce freeze and increase freeze damages. Most bosses get stunned by your spam need (qi beam thing i think)

the damage comes from the poison, if you stack 3 of them on the boss it deals a stupendous amount of damage.
I do it with 2 finger & the speed is like that, but my attack button is at the top screen, but him.. I think he jitter click with his thumb
You can easily deal like 50 damage per second by spam clicking + maxed out poison skill
