Hey bro, I have a rtts Pitcher. My velo base attribute on my 4SFB is at 45 and it doesn't level up any further than that even though I can still gain experience and it says "attribute increased" it's still stays at 45. Is 45 the cap now? The last mlb I played the cap was at 50

I haven’t upgraded a pitcher in RTTS bro /: so I wouldn’t know, but I’m sure you’re at the cap already if it’s not going up anymore.
