Got the same bike vibration not enough to even bring it up really,, I'm 60 and have hade over 100 bikes since I was 10 nothing on this bike to complain about nothing! Worth every dime!
I just picked up a 23 as well! Bumping up the idle worked for me, haven’t had a flame out since. People complain about vibes because it’s about the only negative left after you fix the seat and headlight haha
Have the same bike and It's the best thing I have ever owned, I would upgrade the ECU and exhaust, and after that, I hardly stall the bike at all, If it does for me its 99% user error on my end
I might eventually put a end cap and ecu on it but for now tuning my idle up as stopped the flame out issue and I’m very much the minority and I love my quite bike😅
I can’t decide whether I should buy this bike or skip it because of the vibrations, you are the first person who says that the vibrations are not that bad
There are RPMs that it’s allot and times where it’s just a little buzz but it didn’t become the king of DualSports by being unrideable. I’ll tell you that if you want smooth, don’t waste your money and just buy a T7. Those parallel twins are crazy smooth!
My 2022 was stalling just the same when i would pull in clutch let of throttle than get back into throttle.. i found that the ball inside the gas cap was stuck and the tank was very pressured up.. removing the ball and replacing with the free flo valve and hose seems to have remedied that issue it hasn't stalled like that since
Damn you man...I waited over 9 months for my crf300 to come in and they keep telling me it's coming...and all along I want the power and fun of a ktm...I'm buying it. f it. I want that happy feeling riding my bike.
I think you definitely should! I told Jakob the same thing… If you buy the 300 in the back of your mind you’ll always be thinking about the ktm, and never actually be satisfied.. life’s short buy the bike that’ll make you happy 😁 -M
I owned a 300 rally and sold now i have an fe501. They arent even in the same league performance wise but the honda reliability give you confidence to go far out on your own.
@@timjrvine I found a crf300L shortly after my comment. 1 week later I bought a KTM 690. Still deciding if I want to keep the 300 or not but it's so...blah. The first KTM is the hardest to buy, now I'm eyeing the 500.
300 Rally? LMAO! That would have been funny to see. It's heavier than the KLX300 and not as nimble. She really would have had the better bike! The stalling problems these days with bikes seem to be in many RUclips videos. Not just the KTM either. WTH is up with that? The Carburetor bikes don't seem to have this issue.
Noooo she wasn’t going to get the Rally I was and she was gonna keep her KLX😅 but glad I didn’t! And the stalling issue is because the bikes are lean and plugged up from the factory due to strict emission. I was able to eliminate the stall on my bike by just turning my idle up some but a $1,000 ECU and exhaust would be the better overall fix🤙
@@TheKernables Exactly! KLX better than the 300 Rally. She would have had a , (gasp!), better lighter better suspension bike than ...YOU! $1,000 ECU and exhaust...! Ouch!

Grats. I picked up an 890 R two months ago. Loving it.
That’s one horse I’d LOVE to add to the stable!
Cracking video pal👍
Thanks🤙
Great lookin bike. Congrats.
Appreciate it!🤙

Yea so far bumping the idle has fixed it. I might do a pipe and ECU later on but for this year I’m just gonna focus on protecting it and riding 🤙
I bought a 23 a couple months ago, it was slow and flamed out alot. Tune it and pull the reeds then it's fast.
I might eventually put a end cap and ecu on it but for now tuning my idle up as stopped the flame out issue and I’m very much the minority and I love my quite bike😅
I turned the idle up and it solved the problem.
She’s gorgeous bro. Go from hoppin logs to highway. Sick.
😁😁

Yea I think I’m gonna look into a smog delete here soon delete all that excess🤙

Can't wait for my 24 six days
You’ll love it!

Get rid of the tires they don't like wet roots I know
Good to know! Haha

And I voted for the Rally 😤🙄
I do like the Rally and I think it would make a good commuter/travel bike but I’m tired of settling and having a bike with limitations 😅
