Well, congratulations on this. RUclips just sent me this after months of nothing. I'll have to ring the bell or something. Anyway, you doing an oil change reminded me that I have to figure out why the bottom of my Golfs oil pan is wet. Looking forward to the next video!
That’s awesome! Thanks for watching my video. I really enjoyed my time with VW and there are definitely aspects of the brand that I miss. The wiring diagrams were the best I’ve ever used!
Well, I am currently leasing one. I think it’s a good affordable small crossover. It’s a little short on trunk space and rear seat room. But comfortably seats 4 adults. I wish they made a Taos R but I guess I’ll just have to build my own if I want it that bad 😂
@tommyg1814 since they fixed the head gasket issue from the earlier models they seem to be holding up quite well. I’m at 30,000 km on mine with no issues.

I’ve decided to start posting as much as I can and see what I can build on this platform. I appreciate the sub! What engine does your Golf have?
@@jeremyblatz It's a '16 Golf TSI 1.8. In Canada. Hoping it's something I can fix in the back yard!
Check the oil cooler area. There’s a few gaskets in there that are a common issue. Cheap fix, just takes a bit of time.
@@jeremyblatz Nothing drastic. It was just the drain plug leaking 😂
@stephenmorrissey1254 I’ve seen that plenty of times lol
I trying Volkswagen Techanican❤️
I live in Myanmar.

@fb2javii999 I’m sure there aren’t many. I guess we’ll have to wait and see if I join that small group of techs.
Congrats Jeremy, ,,,,what's your personal opinion on the Taos ? Thanks.

@@jeremyblatz one last question, ,,are you using the 0w/20 euro oil or something else.
@tommyg1814 yeah, we use the 0W20 in Canada.
If i was Volkswagen I would hate to lose a tech like you
I appreciate the sentiment! I don’t think they were thrilled but they understood I following my dream.
VW doesn’t like good techs. All the people at my dealer are stupid assholes
I want job in foreign country what I do.?
I’m sorry to say I don’t have any advice for you. I’ve never worked in a country outside of canada.
