So the key in Norsca and Greenskin legendary earlygame is that its all about raiding, sacking and just wrecking havoc. A great strat is just focus on building loads of shit armies, raiding, sacking and destroying captured settlements. Just dont give a shit about maintaining your settlements keep your focus on destroying others. This way you will gain loads of money and dont have to worry about your upkeep. Another plus is also that your main generals will gain loads of experience. Once the north is destroyed, you can slowly increase quality of your troops and settlements and play as you usually would do on legendary difficulty.
Just to let you know legend if you didn't already ofc you can reduce the upkeep of your army by another 20% by entering raiding stance or camp you can have a full 20 stack of trash marauders if you stay in raiding stance for end turn as well as make money if your in enemy territory. Norsca are somewhat strange to play but not hard if you have the know how.
Not sure if I'm being stupid or what, but he definitely fucked up when he deselected 'Frenzied Assault' for the first tick for 'Deadly Fangs' right? It could add longevity to the series too.
Sadly the dopey/lazy way CA does difficulty (AI cheats and massive combat buffs) and the really bad auto-resolve system makes cheesing by far the most effective way to play. It's why I don't play Legendary as I don't find it fun.
30:56 How do you give an attack order like that? Normally all 3 Skin Wolf units would attack the single unit you rightclick, but there they all attacked in formation instead of converging on that single unit.

Norsca are difficult, but not because of their Champions. They're quite strong, especially when teched up.
