First bake only the boats. And then add filling and bake.
Use 1/4th maida and 3/4th wheat for the crunchy texture instead of only wheat. Add little baking powder and baking soda for crispiness.
Also use pie molds for proper even baking of the boats..
You will definately get a better result.
To make it visually appealing, use colourful vegetables like bell pepper, corn, etc.

Using yeast is the right choice when it comes to baking any sorts of bread. Baking powder is used where dough already has an acidic content like yoghurt or buttermilk. Hope this helps :)

Hi Dipika. You should have baked tart only first and then fill it again when it is 80% done and then put the filling and again bake it. It would taste really nice.

You need to first just bake the base first without the filling for a few mins.Then add the filling and bake again
Also, the dough needs some rising agent. Make puff pastry with layers or add yeast

These should be double baked. Bake the boats separately before stuffing them and then bake them together. The dough should have lot of butter/ghee to make it more crispy.

You should use Maida instead wheat flour. Although wheat flour is healthy alternative but as maida gives best results and add butter with all other proffing agent to knead the dough.
As butter gives a crunch in texture or what we call it khasta.

You should have added yeast and then left it to fluffy.. usse aapke boats perfect bante... Agar maide ka hota to best bante.... And then stuffing daalna hai.. kyuki stuffing ko cook hone zyada time nhi lagta hai
