    i have been low fodmap for 15 years because of symptoms, i finally got the diagnosis, but what happens if you cant afford the medications? they are so expensive!

    I just saw the other video that talked about IBS-C I go once a day and sometimes on the 2nd day eating all fiber to include kiwi papaya and husk powder but stilll have constipation I walk a mile and up to 100 push-ups just as an extra I also take daily laxatives and have military sexual t and Ptsd

      Thank you for your question. From 14 minute mark in Video where Dr. is speaking about treatments. Here is summary of what she said:
      1. Neuromodulators: help pain
      2. Virtual Reality (Dr. Brennan Spiegel) helps patient with experience of pain
      3. Other agents called secretagogues: work via secretion of water into lumen of intestine. Help with Bloating, abdominal pain and constipation.
