This cluster was off a 2004. This style goes from 2004 to 2007 the 2008-2010 also have the same issues. These gauge cluster have all sort of problems with the gauges, back-lighting, info display, etc. If you would like to send it to us for repair here is the link to our website.

excellent information ... it will be that you can help me my infiniti just throws hot air through the front and the rear vents that are in the chassis fan the cold air .. how can I fix that .. since the rear controls do not they work .. thanks

Can I use a putty knife as a pry tool? Is the 2008 removal the same process?
Do you have to replace entire cluster or can you simply replace bulbs? The light over the RPM area is out.

I have a 2006 infinity qx56 and my cluster started going bad.I took it ti the dealership and they insist that my breaks are the reason my truck is running bad .I just had the breaks fixed a week before i took it to them......I see a lot of the same issue that im having with my truck on here but i dont see any answers other than take it and have it put on the computer..Well i did that and they want 2000.00 to fix the breaks before they will even try to figure out what is going on with the electrical.Please help i think they are trying to rip me off.Since when do the breaks have anything to do with the motor loosing power or the light cluster flashing all warning lights?
Did u replace it with a new one or made some adjustments to the old one and put it back in?
We repaired the cluster that we took out, once it was fixed we reinstalled it.
My 2005 qx has issues with the cluster. The only gauge that works is the fuel all the others and LED display no longer work. I am from Canada and was wondering what sort of cost is to repair these? Thanks and great video!

Mine was fixed by gentleman in Edmonton. It’s working perfectly now. The light was turned off 3/4 of the cluster.

Does this procedure apply to the 20003 - 2008 Infiniti FX?
Most likely no because that cluster is different from the QX56, but it may be similar as it is an Infiniti.

Do you still rebuild these QX56 clusters? I have called the phone number and it is out of service.
Why do the dash hands of my truck vibrate when I turn it on I put a new battery so im not sure if its because of that.
It's normal for the needles to vibrate after the cluster looses full power. The needles are basically calibrating.
Do you repair the Infiniti g35 fuel gauge instrument cluster problem as well?
Yes we can fix that one also.
What type of Amber bulbs used in this cluster?
The leds themselves don't typically fail, so we dont replace them.

My issue is that the needles get wacky and a bunch of warning lights come on and the 4x4 light flashes once in awhile when that happens the truck starts to shift hard .. any idea what that could be ?? 08qx56
The wacky gauge needles sounds like a failing cluster. The other issues are likely caused by something else in the vehicle. I'd get it diagnosed to see what faults are stored in the system and post them here so I can further help you.
Automotive Circuit Solutions ok it drives perfectly fine when the cluster gets wacky but it starts shifting hard and driving weird when cluster wacky/4x4 light flashes sporadically if that 4x4 light doesn’t flash it drives fine

Can the vehicle lose power when the cluster isn't working properly? My speedometer cluster has been flickering off and on for a year and today my Infiniti lost power in spurts and each time the lights would shut off on the speedometer cluster.
Same happened to mine last week. Lost acceleration.
@@wilhelmscream3499 I had it towed to a machanic and its was the alternator and starter that was bad. Runs great now, but I spent $1,081. My cluster lights are still out and the gauges doesn't work,so I'll need it fixed for that reason.

Hello can you please help me my 2008 Infiniti QX56 just stop running. I was up and about giving away stuff to help the people after hurricane Dorian and I stop to the shop went inside got back out the shop I try starting the Jeep nothing happened the lights and the radio came on but Jeep still didn’t start 🤦🏻♀️💔
Very common on these is the adaptive cruise control radar(in the front bumper) to drag down the can bus and cause a no start condition due to anti-theft reasons. Easy way to check is to unplug the radar and try to start it. Let us know if it will start after unplugging.

Whats the name of the whole part?
Different companies call it different names. Instrument panel, cluster, combination meter, speedometer seem to be the most common.

Water temp gauge not working after repair?

Can the car be driven without the speedometer?
The car will start and drive but you won't get far because the alternator will not charge the battery without the cluster.

My RPM gauge don't work when I turn on the headlights the whole instrument cluster flickers then goes out I can't not get the engine light to go out it will just go out on its own then come back on put it on a computer add a garage and I can't even pass inspection even though there is no codes you think it's the instrument cluster itself
While we can't say for certain without troubleshooting the vehicle but it does sound like a faulty cluster. As long as the problem is in the cluster, we can fix it.
