    We’ve all been there-you finish a knitting project, only to realize it’s not quite what you hoped for. Maybe the fit is off, the style doesn’t suit you, or there’s just something that’s not clicking. In this video, I’m going back to three of my finished knit objects that have been collecting dust, and I’m giving them a much-needed makeover to make them more wearable!
    Join me as I unravel the parts I don’t like, and share my process for fixing those pesky issues that are keeping these knits from becoming wardrobe favorites. I’ll walk you through the tweaks and changes I’m making, from adjusting sizing and reshaping necklines to altering stitch patterns and adding those little finishing touches that make all the difference.
    Whether you’ve got a few knits in your own closet that aren’t getting the love they deserve, or you just want to see how I approach revamping finished projects, this video is for you. It’s all about taking what you’ve already created and turning it into something you’ll actually wear and enjoy!
    Don’t let your knits go to waste-learn how to make them work for you! Don’t forget to like, subscribe, and hit the notification bell so you never miss a video. Let’s get those knits out of hiding and back into the rotation!

    Please read and try!!
    My poor kitty suffered for YEARS with the same symptoms. It broke our hearts, and the multiple vets that we saw couldn’t tell us what was wrong. My poor Miles would scratch himself bloody if we didn’t get a steroid injection every 4 weeks. And bonus, they said that over time those injections would eventually not work anymore AND they would give him a heart murmur. Finally I just went on Amazon and looked for a medicated dog/cat shampoo to see if that would do anything. We did a bath once a week for a month, and it worked!! It’s been 2 years now and he’s never flared up again. 2nd best part: the shampoo is literally $9. It’s called “Veterinary Formula Clinical Care Antiseptic and Antifungal Medicated Shampoo for Dogs & Cats” Please give it a try! I essentially made a bubble bath in the kitchen sink with it, then washed his whole body with it in the hopes that it would get everything. I hope it helps!

    I really hope Marry is healthy again!
    We do have to take our cat to the vet on the regular, because he is an inside/outside cat that doesn't get along with the other cats in the neighborhood. He gets hurt quite often. The scratches aren't that bad, they heal up, but the bites and deeper wounds are a problem, especially once they get infected.
    As far as I've noticed:
    Due to the generally looser skin on their body, cat's don't feel as much pressure around infected and puss filled areas. They do know that something is wrong and they will try licking the area clean. I once only noticed an infection on my cat because he had licked the area so much that his fur was missing there.
    Since the skin around their legs is a lot tighter compared to the rest of their body, the infections there do cause more discomfort, which will likely result in either limping or the avoidance of putting weight on that leg while they are sitting or standing.
    Injuries around the ears can be quite uncomfortable; my cat mostly keeps his ears unusually low when there is something hurting, but as far as I've noticed infections on the earlobe are rather rare (considering how often they get scratched). My cat did get a puss filled infection on the base of his ear once which the vet rinsed out with an antibiotic cream, we were supposed to rinse it out a few more times back home, but since there was no way for us to fiddle the syringe into the wound, we just used the blistering ointment, which the vet gave us along the antibiotic cream, on the area until the wound healed up properly.
    So in conclusion: Cats definetly do feel pain and discomfort, but 1. they refuse to show it most of the time and 2. their licking and purring is their way of helping themselves.

    Sounds like what my cat has - it's food allergies that flair up in warmer season (mostly pimples on ears but also hairless belly is a sign). Cortison shot clears it right up, followed by food change. I'm also using a human hydrocortison creme on her ears for when it's mild. Ask your vet about it as a possible reason.

  • @h07269
    @h07269 16 дней назад

    Your cats ear problems could be caused by allergy. Some food allergies are common in cats and it often manifests as skin and ear issues. It's hard to pinpoint what is causing the reaction, my cat seems to be allergic to grains and switching to grain-free cat food helped a lot. Also vacuuming more often seems to reduce symptoms so maybe she has dustmite allergy as well. Seasonal allergies are also possible if the symptoms seem to flear up during summer even if the cat is indoor only.
    In my experience general vets aren't always that knowledgeable about cats and I have better experience taking my cats to vet clinics specialized in cats but those of course aren't always available or accessible.

    Could your cat be allergic to something? A new food, cleaner, kitty litter, or even something on your hands that when you touch your cats ears irritates it? Think about everything your cats paws touch before it cleans its ears. I'm just guessing, because I had a friend whose cat was allergic to his carpet cleaner product.
