The inspection report can also be used to confirm a certain price point. I.E. My house is on the marker for Rx because there are no major problems and confirms the price I am listing at. Negotiate up!

If a landlord fails to do an incoming inspection and there is no written record of the condition of the property when the tenant first moves in, can they now hold the tenant liable for damages when the tenant moves?
