I've found The Zap can be done without popping the clutch. Drive the front wheel approximately 2/3 up the obstacle, suspension compresses, hit the throttle hard while jumping up. The rear wheel still lifts and this eliminates the hardest part of the timing issue, the clutch. Can be totally done without popping the clutch and this can get you up some very large undercut ledges.
I've also learned a single blip zap similar to what you are referring to. Amazing what these bikes can do if you get the front wheel placement right. 👍
In one of the previous videos you mentioned you are going to work on tight turns. It appears to be a very complex skill as well. And taking into account your dedication, I can't wait to see a top clean super-duper zap out of the turn from you :)
Awesome video, Tom. Another thing is going too fast. I used to carry too much momentum and end up doing a double blip. You almost want to come to a stop before you jump and pop.
