Right after Light beat Hurt, losing to AK must stink...
AK’s snake is incredibly oppressive. Seemed like there were practically no openings except once in game 3 where light caught him without any grenades.
That C4 that took Light’s second stock in the last game went straight up invisible. That or I need to visit my optometrist.
The platform shadow was hiding it.

im a snake main haha, every once in a while, instead of a black square c4 he puts down a white butterfly. it works the same tho
@@chrislamonte8554 it was clipped center stage. I think I finally see it. There’s a black line at the top corner of the blue diamond in the middle of SBF. And it disappears after the detonation. Very hidden but it’s visible.

@@ragames7320 Hurt has better results bc in Japan theres no spargo, sonix, light, glutto etc. Results can only mean so much you only play in a subregion. When Hurt came here he lost to light, something you can't say about AK.

@@ragames7320mexico overall has the best players. Leo is still considered the top, Sparg0 is still considered 2nd. both mexican players. I think Japan has potential, and many very good players, but they fail to match up to Mexicans.

@@mania_1018 I have talked to AK a few times at my locals, and he doesn't seem like the type of dude to beef with anyone for real, he's a really chill dude and comes off as really kind

At this point we all need to question whether Light is a worthy rival for ApolloKage. The matches have become way too one-sided. Even back in the days, when Light was up 1-0 in the H2H, rational people knew that ApolloKage had greater potential and that his skill level was already way higher than the skill of that fraud!

Setplay does exist in other fighting games. Have you ever played against a good Testament in guilty gear xx? Or against Arakune in blazblue? JP in sf6?
@NFMiguel I don't mind setups. I specifically mentioned grenades because they dissuade interaction lest you take unavoidable damage and the threat that your combo becomes his. Not only that, he can throw them, they have a hitbox even without the explosion, and they come out frame one.
80% or more of the damage in this game was grenades. Wack, no hands.
