About time for an updated tutorial on this! What else do you want to know?
I've seen and heard that producers will speed up or slow down the songs (which pitches up or down the songs), then sing the song, and then pitch it back to the original key. How can you do that and the new vocals (being compacted or stretched) be in key and sound good?

Thank you for the update tutorial. I ran into "the glitch" on my first try while watching your previous video. What worked for me to fix it though is: select the region, open the info pane, and ensure "Flex & Follow" is on.

So great thank you! Do you need to “bounce in place” or anything to lock in the tuning? Or is it already locked in? (Like if you’re going to send the tracks out for mixing perhaps in a different DAW) is there a way to “lock it down” so it can’t get messed up? Thanks!!! Oh and if you copy and paste a section (fly a chorus) does the tuning go with it?

If the midi don’t show up, just click your audio track with the editor open
I concur about the glitch ..flex pitch sometimes doesn’t give me a ‘midi’ note to adjust ..will def try to get out & come back in/refresh ..weird ai

It’s not as much about levels as managing your compression and eq on both the vocal and the beat so they don’t clash

When turning on Flex Pitch midi notes are not showing up on vocal, and I have closed and reopened. Any ideas? Logic X

Opening flex pitch changed the quality of the audio file.... how to solve this?
