@@lightningblade3352 In some very expensive or high-end places, they have what's called a washroom attendant. Not being rich myself 😅 I only know of it from movies/TV, but the impression I get is that there is a gentleman in the restroom who is almost a mini concierge or a butler. He provides fresh towels to the people who have just washed their hands, can help adjust ties or cufflinks, etc. I've never heard of cologne or perfume being included, but I could see that being a real thing, I just don't know for sure. Hope that helps! 😊
