1 egg yolk
1 can condensed milk ( save 1/2 cup for the topping)
1 can coconut milk
1 tbsp melted butter
1 jar macapuno (strain it to remove the syrup)
1/4 cup cheese ( for the mixture)
1/2 to 1 cup cheese for the topping
