Do I regret buying my Ninebot Max G30 Gen 1 at a great price? Absolutely not, it was and still is one of the very best on the market. But was the InMotion S1 on the market at the time I bought it? Nope :( I probably would of changed my buying decision. While I am waiting for the Ninebot P100S (which should be a corker) the features, the waterproofing, the speed, the suspension etc on the InMotion particularly for the price makes it a no brainer! Right now at the same price? InMotion S1 all the way, no competition! That being said, the best thing about the Gen 1 Max is the inbuilt charger! All you need is a $5 cable and you are good to go, cheap enough to leave one at a mates! Although that would cut down on battery space.
i haven't used the g30 yet but when i got the s1 i don't think i need any more than that. More than 90 kg but climbing the steep hill more than 20 degrees is too good.

As for round 7 the g30d also has a port for a fast charger and does only need a power cord for normal. Also there are 3rd party apps to tune speed and things, of course illegal in many countries. Anywas, waiting to get my S1 tomorow, after more than 3000km on the g30d...hope my back will like then suspension 😀
Never Buy it. One of my most Expensive mistakes of Life. They use cheap materials, don't buy for just characteristics. For Example - their Bell/Horn, their reflective stickers, Rear Tyre Valve too. Incomplete informations in the guides

But u ca get really good upgrade suspension look it up shark set really good brand and quality 👌 better the s1 but I do think both scooters are great but only thing s1 company are useless if your scooter breaks down won't get no support or help by them. So make sure u brought yours from dealer in the UK should be just fine and covered

I was going to buy an inmotion s1 scooter but then I realized the emove crusier scooter is way better then both of them and way faster then both of them and has way more longer range and more foot room and space so I bought the emove crusier instead and I'm glad I did
but the ninebot is way cheaper in my country you can buy the ninebot max g30 for 600 euros and that is around 700 dollar and the s1 is 1299 dollar so price differend but i think there both good
Im considering this scooter for rottnest island. Rottnest has many hills. How does this scooter really cope with hills? Whats the real world range? I know it says 95km... but what sort of range can i expect while using in an area with many hills?
I ride Rottnest regularly on my pushbike, when out there on vacation. Exercising full loop, including west end's Cape Vlamingh, takes about 30km. Even with the strong cross winds of Rotto, it should be enough to get you a decent ride either off Ninbot G30 or Inmotion S1. At the end of the day, each hill has two slopes - you climb one and free roll down the opposite.
Inmotion L9 vs S1 , what's the difference? I have known that Inmotion L9 has front-motor, but in this video it has rear-motor. Is it something new-version of inmotion L9?

Just a quick correction to your hill climb information. It should be stated as 30 percent grade and not 30 degree angle. That would mean a climb angle of 16.7 degrees (For nerds.. it's the arctan of 30/100). This is still very decent for a commuter level scooter. Cheers.
