Bill Dance is a true American Treasure. I was an 8 year old young man back in the 1970’s and had a chance to meet Mr. Dance at a meet and greet. It left a lasting impression on me. Lessons I’ve learned from Mr. Dance I have passed on to my children, and now my grandchildren. That my friends is what a true legacy is. When I’m on Reelfoot, I use the lessons I’ve learned. He is a priceless treasure.

im probably the only 12 year old watching this but you are my idol and i wanna be like you one day. and the other day i caught my first bass which was on a yum blue and black craw and i remembered what bill dance always says which is slow your presentation down and i will never forget your videos while everyone else has it seems.

I can't remember if it was Bill or not but I remember giving a bowl of fried fish to this guy in Florida off the boat. Bill looks Extremely similar. I also got an autograph but have since lost it :(. I remember a pelican had just nipped his finger.

Pretty sad i grew up in the northeast and the biggest catfish we had was the bullhead which is about 3lbs.
