I own this bible. Although I am not Catholic, this is one of my favorite bibles. Great notes
Wonderful!
Thank you and God bless you! Does each book of this Bible list the date (or approximate date) when the book was written and also the Author's name like some Bibles do?
You're my brother in Christ. Thanks for the review. The NABRE version is what the bishop gave me back in the late 80s for confirmation. So it's the first Bible I read cover to cover. So I'm looking for a new, because I mostly read other versions. Actuality GNT, because that's what they used at the Methodist Bible camp I attended in my youth.
God bless you Pastor, thank you for your Bible reviews! ☦
Do you know wherher the large print edition done by Oxford is a sewn binding or a glued? Been trying to find out for a while before i purchase it. If its glued i may go with this edotion you reviewed. Thanks and Lord bless 🙏

I’m not sure and can’t access it at the moment.
I just watched the Shamshawk Redemption Film an old film by Stephen King Novel and it was based as a Christian film.
That’s interesting!
Do you agree with Geno Jennings on most things, Pastor Waldron?
Tough to say. Definition of most. But a lot of things, yes.
My aunt has one that has a zipper.
Amen!
I missed the font size.
The font size is 11.
Homie's dissing Catholics while reviewing a Catholic bible 😂
Would never diss individuals. Am I not allowed to disagree with a theology? I’m trying to interact.
I have a serious question about translation. I have been doing some study on the rapture. I noticed that the NABRE translates Revelation 1:10 as John saying that he was caught up in the spirit. This is important because in 1st Thessalonians, "caught up" is used for what is termed the "rapture". However, as far as I can tell, the NABRE is the only translation that words this verse in that manner. All other translations just state that John was just in the spirit on the Lord's Day. What did the translators of the NABRE use to come up with this verbiage? To me, this is important because it completely changes how 1 Thessalonians 4:17 is interpreted.
I’m not sure of their reasoning.
