Yes, a Toll Brothers model tour is coming next week. We had to bump it to get this golf course out since it was a special invite event & lots of people have been asking to see the course! 😃
Hi Ryan - great question! They actually just released some quick move-in homes that will have golf membership INCLUDED with the purchase price of the home. Those homes currently start in the low to mid $600's -- definitely let me know if you are interested in those homes so I can send you the details. I believe the golf membership options start around $6,000 annually. This will be a private club, but they may allow others to book a tee time since they are new and just getting started with memberships.
