THE BEST TOKWA'T BABOY WITH TAUSI | MASARAP PANG ULAM AT LALO NA PANG PULUTAN!

  • Tokwa't Baboy with Tausi is comparatively similar to the popular dish Adobong Baboy but the sauce is more flavourful because of the fermented black beans. This dish is absolutely a must-try for every special gathering and even on the ordinary days. Try it and you will definitely love it.
    Here are the ingredients:
    3/4 kilo pork kasim
    3 pieces tokwa or tofu, cut into small cubed
    1 large onion, chopped
    6 cloves garlic, minced
    1 small sachet oyster sauce
    2 tsp pepper powder
    2 tbsp liquid seasoning
    5 tbsp soy sauce
    2 cups of water
    2 tbsp tausi/fermented black beans
    5 pieces calamansi
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    chili flakes for garnish
    spring onion for garnish
    cooking oil for frying
    NOTE:
    📝 Just add the tausi/fermented black beans and discard the liquid as it can be too salty.

      Additive po na nag e-enhance ng flavor ng lutuin. Meron po sa supermarket knorr po ang gamit ko. 🙂
