Lots of work in this car Gents keep going it will come to a end.
Love your Work. I had a 1969 LC GTR But got rid of it. I should of kept it . Keep up the AWESOME WORK GUYS
Thanks for the great comment @matthewlarge9301 Dam yes it's painful loosing a nice car. The joy they bring to us. Thank you for watching
I was once told by my dad, that a panel beater uses bog and a coach builder uses metal. Whether its lead braise or tacks or spots. There is an old doco about Rolls-Royce and their coach builders that's well worth a watch.
Sounds like an excellent video. we will look it up. Thank you for watching and commenting @Gozza71
There are coach builders, panel beaters and cake decorators………I know who I’d want working on my car
How did you straighten the bonnet? Do you have any footage of you doing that?
I’m new to the channel and loving it! Deep respect for you guys doing this👍🏼

Real good episode gents! I don’t to many vids over twenty minutes long but that felt like five minutes and I didn’t want it to end. Love your work.
Quick question, you don’t know where I can get genuine Sykes-Pickavant,Hickory panel hammer handles from?
Thanks for the awesome comment @shanestuart399. Blue bar industries sells Sykes. Snap on also sell a good panel hammer.
@@adamsonautobody thanks heaps I will give them a try? 👍
Great work as usual, keep it real boys 👊👍💪👌
Thank you @colinmiles9390 cheers for the comment.
Nice Work Lads. I know it would be finding a needle in a hay stack, but did the owner consider another bonnet?
Thanks @scottyr6033. your right its like finding a needle in a hey stack. Thanks for watching cheers
Another awesome episode Daryl and Mick. I’m really curious about why you choose mig over tig. I’ve done neither and have only just bought a unimig viper 185. Ive read and seen on other channels that tig is easier and softer to work. You guys are the gurus and my forever reference now so obviously you choose the mig. What is your reason for this preference. Regards Graham
You've just really answered your own question..mig or tig.
Mig is what most people buy its about cost. Using mig in video shows that even with basic of tools anyone can do things.
@SpockmanPhotos The mig is excellent to get more penetration on the other Side. The Big also good but it also heats up the area. It comes down to a personal choice. Mick wanted more meat on the other side so the penetration is perfect. We will explain this in upcoming episodes.
Hey boys, another great vid. One question, what brand of body hammers are you using or recommend. Where can I purchase from??
Cheers
Hey Shane there is a place called Blue bar industries. They sell Sykes-picot. Snap on also sell top quality panel hammers dollys. Thanks for Watching .
What is the gap between the panels bonnet and front that you work off
Great vid guys but Pops didn't show us how he made the hood fit and what technique he uses👍
I was hoping to see pops do that as well or at least explain the process
block of wood and stand on the bonnet
would still like to here from pops mate
feel your pain pops just had 4 skin cancers curreted off think i need some bog in the holes or maybe a file finish
Hahah a file finish should solve it. Thanks for the comment @lauriekennedy7984 and watching the show.
I rhink there's some miles missing from the major service on Pops, definitely a case of odo tampering 🤣
Been to the same cancer joint as my old man
The good old skin docs @honestpat7789. Thanks for watching mate.
