MORE EASY TO TAKE A PUTTY KNIFE AND A SGREWDRIVER R AND LEFT SIDE OF THE SWITCH PUSH INWARD AND PULL IT OUT FROM THE FRONT WITHOUT REMOVING THE FRONT PANEL

Checking continuity on the door switch with the wires still on it is checking continuity on the entire circuit and any other switch that may be on that same circuit.
