@@yardgunner4033 That last exchange was not good. The incoming runner stepped out of her lane... which is why the team got disqualified. Very careless mistake.
@@tfmarketing12 you're correct, but I don't think it was entirely the third leg's fault. if you look closely, the fourth leg runner shifted towards the inside bend of the lane, when she should've stayed on the outside bend. this caused the third leg runner to stumble out of the lane, because she was impeded.

The 3rd leg runner for Jamaica stepped in the other lane but that runner didn’t even received her baton yet, so she didn’t impede her. Bahamas mad asf that Jamaicans are tearing up the track! Idk how the coaches didn’t protest them getting disqualified!! I hope they pull the World Relays from there! Just sad n noticeably embarrassing

Why should they get disqualified if she didn't obstruct anyone? She didn't physically obstruct anyone and nobody was close enough to even claim that they were "thrown off" mentally. I think if you clearly didn't interfere with the other runner it should NOT be a disqualification. That's just plain stupid.

They could have been punished for the infringement. Can't be waiting in the middle of the track to get the baton in your left hand. East judging the receiver's position knows she would have a certain amount of room to manoeuvre and make the exchange, which wasn't the case when she got there, she had to quickly make up for the adjustment after crossing lane. Her teammates at Wolmer's understand that system.🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲

In my opinion, the reason the Jamaican third leg stepped outside her lane was because the anchor was too much on the left...anchor should've been more on the right...kinda the anchor leg's fault bcuz she threw off the 3rd leg on the final exchange
