    6:22 I miss Logo athletic NFL gear and those cool commericals. Football was so markable back then and Troy Aikman did mostly Logo athletic commericals, that was when they brought out the " Checkered style in 1997. It's was the 1st year of the original PlayStation and my 1st games games was Crash Bandicoot,NFL Gameday 98 with Bettis on the cover 😁😁. I remember whipping the 49ers when I played the Bucs in that game 45-13 in the Season mode, great memories.

    Wow, if Barry Sanders wasn’t held to 50-ish yards over the first two games, he would have obliterated the single-season record-he basically ran 2,000 yards in just 14 games!

    Chris Chandler is Mr. Freaking Glass! Wouldn't be a Chris Chandler highlight if he didn't get injured.

    The Atlanta Falcons came back from 1 - 6 bitter high notes 6 - 3 grand total of 7 - 9 finished in second place NFC West Division but until 1998 Atlanta Falcons clinch NFC West Division first time in 16 years since 1982 14 - 2 it was a magical run Under head coach Dan Reeves

      @jasonwalker9091 5 лет назад

      Jeffery Robertson The Falcons were improving in 1997 with Reeves after June Jones got fired and Chandler went to the Pro bowl in 1997, And Jamal Anderson was coming out the norm same with Terrance Mathis 😁😁 " Diry Birds"

      Christian Boddie now the bucs since dungy was fired are going back to their old ways which is losing a lot. Only six winning seasons in the past 17 seasons and only three playoff berths in that span

    Welcome to Week 3 of 1997 NFL Primetime. First lets give a moment of silence for Marv Albert of NBC as he gets fired after this week who did the Ravens and N.Y. Giants game on NBC ,for sexual assult. Now in the early action with the Lions and Bears, Barry Sanders dances all over the Monsters of the Midway in Chicago and not even Rick Mirer could save the day. Jeff George 1st return to Atlanta this time on the Raiders to face his old friends of the Falcons, and Kaufman runs nearly out the Georgia Dome and George running laps saying " This is My House " 😊 Hmmmmm... In the Cardinals and Redskins rivalry, in the Skins new home Jack Kent Cooke, 5 miles at old RFK Stadium it still hatred completely and would be settled in OT as they say " Here we Go again " and Michael Westbrook becomes the hero in a victory going into a bye. Michael Jackson and the Ravens were singing " I'm bad" in a victory in the final seconds in the Meadowlands against the G-Men and get their 1st victory on the road in franchise history of the Ravens, Warren Moon at 44 years old still got the laser and slam " Captain Comeback "Jim Harbaugh down out the sky along with the Colts in an ass kicking in the RCA dome and Steve Young returns to the 49ers and him J.J. Stokes ,Terrell Owens with Rice MIA plays a whole bunch of Freddy Krugers in a laughter against " Ditka" Dinosaur and " Paper Bag " Aints ( Saints). RIP Stuart Scott.

    Do you have 1997 Week 13 (Dallas finally has to go to Lambeau Field) or Week 15 (Final Bay of Pigs at the Big Sombrero)?

    • @jasonwalker9091
      @jasonwalker9091 5 лет назад +4

      Chris Kreager or have 1997 Week 17 were Barry Sanders gets 2,000 rushing yards against the Finale of Jets and Michael Irvin crying at the end of the Giants and Cowboys where the Giants swept the Cowboys 1st time in 1990 and the Oilers play the final game at the Liberty Bowl against the Steelers.

    The Baltimore-NY Giants game was the last NFL game called by Marv Albert on the network. He was fired a few days later because of his sexual assault scandal. He wasn't re-instated on NBC until the 2000-01 NBA season.
