sir,i can sign into google on my pc but not on my smartphone,some other google apps plus others espn,spin it rich,kcrg weather,bleatcher report,draftkings,this apps say app isnt available,i got google play app to download but i cant sign in to it,i went to google play on my pc it says those apps are on my phone

I have been hacked on my older google account and my recovery phone numbers, emails and my security questions have been deleted.. what do I do I dont know if it was a malicious or it was hijacked by spammers. There is no where I can contact google to even close the account... it was rarely used..

SimplyZee I need help I tried to delete my old Google accounts that I don't use much anymore and lost access to my channel beforehand. I never violated the code of conduct but I think I changed a setting or something because it asked if I was sure I wanted to do it,went to lie down on my couch and fell asleep with the phone in my hand. My computer crashed, so how am I going to log in to my email account from that particular device? My email account was set up years ago, and I am suppose to remember the date it was created? Why, oh why do they make it so difficult to get into your email account, especially when there is no one to "talk" or "communicate" with? They don't tell you that they have locked your account, they just say try again later. Don't waste my time if you have locked it.

I am using right email and password but since i am using a different device, google wont log me in. WHen i try my recovery email for authentication, it doesn't recognize either... I am banging my head for three days... The stupid question that google ask is " when did you create the account" now who remembers that? i don't remember what i had for lunch yesterday... For me, it said that someone signed in on a different device and they said is this you? And I said no. So it then said my account is blocked then when I tried signing in, it keeps failing, I have no idea why.
when i click on forget password option its showing a captcha.. but after typing captcha correctly its showing google could not verify your account... what to do?
that's really stupid of Google what does it matter what device your on? don't they understand people buy new phones everyday? or even if your on a different computer new laptop or even at a friend's house. this is terribly stupid and frustrating coming from google. if people give u the correct information do your job and log them in instead of having people jump through hoops I'd understand if the info was incorrect but when u got the correct info what is the point? google this is why Hotmail and Yahoo will always be better. google beyond idiotic.

I'm having a similar issue; I CANT understand why Google can't 'verify my identity'. How do I know if they're blocking my recovery attempts? I have my phone to receive codes, backup codes, AND password recovery question answer...and It's not enough?? I thought just enetering a backup code was sufficient? (isnt that the point?) Any other time, Google uses my phone to send a veri code, and once i entered it would be prompted to reset the password. Please help!

It says enter the old password to the account but again I don’t remember the password or the other questions it gives me and whenever I put in the account that I’m using now to recover the password to my old account I do what it asks and after I put in the code that it sends to my account that I’m using now to recover my old account password it says that my old account couldn’t be verified and that my old google account Sierraruiz89@gmail.com doesn’t belong to me.

i have a step 2 verification which i don't have my old phone number yet i'm still using the laptop which i have been using for awhile and used it for my old Gmail, i know my password and used the recovery email which was my moms and used the code. It says it cant verify me, though i do have the sim card of the old phone number i have. Should i activate the number and try again? I do know when i created the account yet i'm starting to think i need to wait.

I have writing files of Google Docs for a book that I am writing and now I am randomly blocked out, it says "Unauthorized, Error code 401" I typed it up and it told me that Error code 401 means that you put your credentials in wrong or something similar to that. But I don't put in credentials, it is on auto-save, I'm real confused.

Ok, I am currently in some kind of cyber limbo and I don't know what to do.
I am currently logged into my gmail account, however it kept saying that I typed in the wrong password whenever I try to sign in with this gmail address. But when I went to the reset password section (At the browser that I am logged in.), and typed in the SAME password, IT FREAKING ACCEPTS!!! So what the heck?! I have no problem accessing Gmail from my desktop computer , but every now and then if I try to access from my CHROMEBOOK it informs me that it " doesn't recognise my device " . Eventually through their recovery system I then get a code texted any change my password whilst using my Chromebook . This then messes up my desktop !!!!!!!!! It's ridiculous . When windows 7 "ends " i was going to use googlechrome / chromebook but not if this is to be the norm of being shutout every now and then . Have probably had this problem and had to change my password for gmail 7 times in the last 2 months ! I access my email account several times a day especially for Ebay . Do other "more than one device users " have similar problems ? Has Gmail ever given the reason why they are doing this to us ?
Set up my email roughly 4 years ago, on a different device, and in a different province. Been trying for months to verify my account with no luck. My recovery phone number I had used has been disconnected, and my gmail I’m trying to recover (which I have access to) won’t accept the verification email from the recovery page.
