Those are some really lit up RCMP cruisers. Here in Manitoba, basically all of the marked cruisers only have a light bar, few lights in back window, and one in the headlights.
Sorry I meant to say that in Manitoba all of the RCMP cruisers only have that small amount of lighting. Our RCMP aren't really responsible with a lot of policing inside of major cities, so I guess they figure they don't need as much lighting as an RCMP unit that responds in the city a lot, like Surrey.
RCMP vehicles with a whelen cencom lights and siren controller in the back will have whelen red and blue and amber in the middle except the newer tahoe and at 1:55 the last ford explorer has a whelen cencom lights and siren controller and the federal signal red and blue light stick which replaced the red and blue and amber in the middle
Is it just coincidence almost all of responding vehicles in this video were Explorer SUV's or is this the main workhorse of the Surrey detachment? Outstanding catches by the way.
Question, Did you already know about the possibility of a person with a gun in the area and if so, Why did you stay in the open and risk harm to yourself?
Did the person know that Guns are not aloud in Canada?? Everyone may know that Is he From USA because theirs gun shops in USA or it was a free gun from someone i guess??
Actually Guns are illegal but may be purchased through strong gun laws. You Must have experience for example taking lessons before purchase and it can not be used for self defense.I Know My Laws Because my father is a RCMP Officer out of Surrey.
@@livefreeordiehard8898 You for sure can use them for self defence or defending property, although it has to be proportionate to the persons attack, so if someone is yelling in your face, the most you could do is back away and yell back. You would not be able to shoot them. You should also learn the law…
Yes in Surrey ,Buraby ,Mission etc... they are they city cops but Abottsford has their own and vancover has their own police so if you think about it they are almost like Highway Patrol that also do city work
Had an active shooter situation in my neck of the woods. I went to work at 1 in the morning - and found the intersection near my house was blocked off in all directions by about 30 cruisers. All roads within a half mile were blocked off. It was a drunk guy inside his apartment with a .40 caliber pistol. 13 hours into the standoff they nailed him with about 20 rounds of mace pellets.
not excessive at all. guns are not safe we are not living in the states!! it's unbelievable we are in canada and so many ppl with guns. it's great the rcmp take it seriously for everyone's safety. good job!!!
I've always loved watching emergency vehicles ever since i was 5 years old. 30 years later and i still love them.

Yeah RCMP always gets great light packages.
With all of the idiots on the roads today, The more lights the better.

In New Hampshire the state police use a single blue light bar. Thats it besides the usual wigwags.

Thomas Rodgers explorers and Ford Taurus
We use Explorers, Taurus, Tahoe’s, And CVPI
Explorers are going to become even more commonplace since it's now Ford's *only* police cruiser platform with the Taurus having been discontinued.

With all the police around circling the area, I felt safe.
Anyone know what type of sirens are used in the 1st responding unit?
Did the person know that Guns are not aloud in Canada?? Everyone may know that Is he From USA because theirs gun shops in USA or it was a free gun from someone i guess??
CozyHarpSeal ROBLOX learn the law. I own guns and I live in Canada. But You can't use guns to self defence here.

All those units just for a person with a gun? A little excessive.
Surrey has a lot of gun violence issues. They those calls very seriously!

The Ford Explorer is such a piece of junk compared to the Tahoe. Why would they even buy the Explorer.
