Pile 1 I got fired by this boss in half a year. She was a micromanager and was super picky about every little detail. I did not enjoy working with her because she was constantly complaining about insignificant things no one else cares about. We had communication issues because we had opposite work styles and she didn't like conflict. Didn't make sense why she would choose to be a leader if she didn't like leading. She wanted me to build everything from scratch, it was insane. She ended up resigning from their role a year after she fired me.
Pile#2 TBH, I really don't know what my boss thinks of me. I work a lot i overwork myself, and im underpaid. I get wishy washy behavior back one day im liked the next minute i don't know where I stand. One minute im told im doing amazing the next im being told i bring nothing of value. To be honest i don't know where I stand I feel like I'm never good enough 😕
Pile 1 I attempted to be open and more communicative with my boss but he recently started being cold and short towards me then would be nice again so it has caused some awkwardness I just match his tone now and remain professional but he does reassure me that I’m a great worker which is all that matters yes I do second guess my decisions a lot and have been sick from stress.
