I'm curious what that last dare was, it seemed to make everyone really upset
The dare was that someone dared Luigi to jump off of something and pretend to fly. That made Mario and Daisy worried because they were worried that it could hurt Luigi, so because of that they burned the dare before Luigi could see it. Of course, Luigi ends up finding it and reading it anyway.
He doesn't know specifically what it said because of him having a foggy memory after he went unconscious, but he knows it must have been something bad.
