Visits to the food bank have risen in Ontario, indicating that the cost of living has affected food security. At the same time, there's a lot of food waste along the food value chain. Food waste is not only an environmental challenge, but one that falls on the shoulders of our provincial municipalities. Find out what community organizations, local businesses, and municipalities are doing to combat food waste and, at the same time, potentially improve food insecurity.
