I don't see that as late rotation, V1 for a 747. Load weight, (most likely going to the Netherlands) is high so this looked normal to me, (as I have watched numerous aircraft take off from Hato). Plus, there was plenty of runway space. Am I missing something?
By late rotation i meant relatively late rotation. The plane rotated way further down the runway than it normally does, hence all the dust being lifted off the side of the runway since that part of the runway is rarely used for take off.
