Pro tip most of the pals you mention that have hard areas to catch them from are very easy to get simply from eggs. For me I gathered lots of scorching, verdant, dark eggs and got lots of these pals from just the eggs.
Beeguards are one of the reasons you should keep the low tier balls you find everywhere. Beeguards have a nasty tendency to blow themselves up and putting them in a sphere is 1 of the only ways to stop them from going kaboom
Hopefully down the line they'll be pals that drop the other elemental items (electric organs, fluids, etc) or at very least the ice organ. Just odd that the flame organ is the only one dropped at ranches.
It would certainly be helpful but you're probably going to get a lot of organs at the start for later so it probably wouldn't be necessary and if u want electric organs just kill sparkits
Catch at least 9 Mau and distill the extras into your best 1. Hopefully with a work speed bonus. After 1 upgrade they go from digging up 2 coins at a time to 10 coins at a time and you only use 1 ranch slot. You can get $1k+ free money per day. Not sure what you get for the next upgrade yet
Does Vixy give better Palspheres after using distill to level one up? Curious if she gets better drops or simply gives more. Mau is sounding great, can't wait to keep leveling mine up!
@cedricchabert3502 not really. Help with keeping or speeding up cakes. Pull I just by ammo or check the black market for pals and skills. Plus the meds to cure overfull cost 10k a pop. Unless you speed the run it can take quite a few hours to get the required resources to bild the electric medicine work bench and required mats for it.
I wish there was a pal that dropped ice fluid or liquid fluid, could certainly use that a lot of. And of course, i never run out of fire fluid cause early game i had 2 Flambelle working overtime producing them. They had fire and transporting, so i liked having them around, but they sure do love that ranch. Hatched them from fire eggs so didn't have to travel far out
A tip I haven't seen elsewhere. Honey and cotton candy are ideal to put in your food pouches as they do not spoil They weigh a bit more than berries and give less hunger but you're never going to find your pouch empty when you need to eat. There may be others that I haven't found yet.
I don't know about the others, but with the Vixy, if you boost it's star level with the juicer, so it's pal ability hits level 3, it will start finding mega spheres, in addition to the base blue ones. I'd assume the others are similar. I haven't made a base or mega sphere in a long time, and I've got 600 of the things on me now.
If anyone is wondering about a landmark, I have found Mozzarina spawn around the fast travel point near the middle (little south of center) on the habitat, located in the video. It's north of the Bushi boss arena. Popped in on that point many times and had Mozzarina spawn 2 out of 3 times and about 3 at a time, but the Woolipops I found are not as consistent in my world. just keep on guard (when lower leveled) as you do get hostile Pals spawn as well. About the Beegarde... they like to detonate them self, even when defending your base... get a few, you will need to swap them out after a raid to recover.
I just want to capture plenty of Mau's and collect that sweet sweet gold but my only issue is they need more things to buy than just pals and a few resources. Maybe like some really expensive craftables. We need the carrot on the stick when it comes to gold. My opinion.
Vixy are vital for early game. The regualr palspheres may be irrelevant for most but think of how many ingots that saves you from level 1-10 probably hundreds.
I wish I knew this early on my playthrough before I went and make Paldium Ore farm with shitty production rates. I got one Vixy I rescued from syndicate, and this one supplied me with entire worth of Palsphere and Arrow I need. Pretty clutch before I have my Ore farm and haven't built gun yet.
Imo, I breed beegarde. Don't have to deal with them trying to blow you up as you tame them. There are a whole bunch of t2 pals that can be bred by mixing the low tier pals together in the breeding pen. You can get enough hunny for the cakes to start the process killing cinnamoths in the wild. Easier because you can find them by theirs elves a lot, where bees are usually in 3s
i guess u have to sell other items to earn gold and simply buy a lot of it. same with ammo. in endgame you could always pack a team of level 1 fres bred useles pals with one fighting pal to level the weak ones fast to just sell them for more profit. it will raise a huge amount compared to level 1 pals
I was hoping to find a Pal that can produce Electric Organs, it seems every building after lvl 30 needs them and the electric Pals I can get to right now don't really spawn as much as I'd like.
@@BrodyTowner I recently got to that island, I'm decent enough to take on the electric enemies, its my Pals attacking Suzakus for no reason causing me problems now
Milk and Eggs dont feel very relevant to me with their cheap purchase price. If you do a run or 2 through the bosses around you and sell the "Rare" drops you can easily stack up 100k and buy a full 999 stack of each. Making Honey and Mau's (Who if you distil their skill drops more gold which in turn lets you buy more Milk and Eggs) seem to be the only worth while one IMO
I've been working on breeding up mau into the perfect money companion because while vixsy is good I want to be able to have vendors to cycle for quality pals for breeding and frankly the spheres and arrows quickly become useless once you start needing mega spheres minimum to have a decent catch chance. What sealed the deal for me was I actually found a mau cryst in a syndicate cage over by where the mozzarina spawn - having a bunch of cool cats that can be butchered for ice organ and valuable sapphire is a bit more involved, but completely worth it imo.
I think using ranches for Breeding is the best method so far, you can get a lot of resources through butchering if you dont want to farm a peticular creature and you also can sell certain creatures for money and use that to buy new stuff, i think its even better then just getting a few Mau or other creatures to farm money and your also buffing your creatures in general with the breeding and getting a few ranching creatures to higher tiers will also buff their farming skill so i do consider this the most advanced method, if your fancy you can even use the cake as a food source but i wouldnt recommend that
I want to say it's 3 pals per ranch, but I haven't tried more. Just get 4 sheep and try to toss them into the ranch one by one. If it says there's no slots available when you toss the 4th, then it's a 3 Pal cap.
@@Rumaan3012 Thank you for the idea! It's indeed 4. When I toss the 5th, it either tries to do something else or one of the other 4 changes assignment to open a slot
Throw a shit ton of maus in a ranch and don’t even fucking worry about making ingredients for cake just go and buy them. I think I’m still going to have my ranch pals if I do a breeding specific base but at my regular base with the ranch I’m just filling them with mau and vixy. You could then do that in another base if you go with a mining base. There’s always enough to then have more pals depending on where your putting the box to mine so bam throw some more ranch’s down and throw some more cats in there. You could even do the same at a breeding base completely or even just have 1 cow, chicken and bee and then the rest cats. If not squeeze 2 more cats in when not worried about the chicken and cow because you will need 1 beegarde regardless since honey isn’t sold. But berries, milk and eggs are and so is wheat.
some pals are only obtained through breeding 2 different pals together too. There's a guide on which males and which females together produce a chance at getting unique pals, and I'm sure this is going to be expanded on in the future.
the vixy's come in handy with the spheres... early game they are insane never had to make alot of spheres... and you will get alot of lvls from using those spheres by catching 10 of every pal in the begining areas. went from 25 to about 35 lastnight by catching 10 of all the first couple area pals.
They need dedicated Pal slots for workbenches and buildings like the Ranch. You slot the Pal in. My Pals constantly leave the Ranch especially after Raids. I basically had to give up on assigning Pals. The only reason a Pal should leave an assigned spot is combat, sleep, sanity recovery, and eating. They should always return to the job they were assigned but right now pathing is terrible which is why they need a slot system. Next after that is dedicated chests that you can pick what kind of items are allowed into the chest.
This is why I have a Ranching/Breeding base set up. Trees? Chopped em down and placed primitive benches on them so they dont respawn. Mining node? Same thing. The only things they can do are eat, sleep, sanity up, transport and ranch pooping. You unlock a 2nd base option at base lvl 10, a 3rd at 15.
@@insanityplea5502 Yeah, I have trees spawning in the breeding pen which causes problems.
