It's sort of like a super fluffy, almost like a sponge cake kinda pancake? and then inside is maybe... custard and jam/jelly and some mock-cream kinda stuff and you'd think all of that together would be so sickly sweet but it wasn't! Somehow it was SO light and delicious :) Could've easily eaten two haha
