Hi ! Just wanted to help you but I don't know whether this answer will be specific or not. When you buy any statue from the store, you have to make it clear by saying that you are going to bring back to your country (India, USA) etc for that they will give you a special sticker ( piece of paper) and a written document that is issued from Nepal GOVT itself. Only 2- 3 statue are acceptable I guess. You can show that paper at the check post only if they inquire.
