I feel like that the Lore for this peashooter is that Dr zomboss had probably captured a peashooter and instead of making one of those zombies with a plant head on it he put the DNA of a zombie in the peashooter wich turned it into Cannibal that not only just eating plants but as well with the humans before just doing the same thing to the zombies.
