There is no reason to nitpick and bully people and I'll never understand it either. The thing is, the fighting and attention is what those people thrive on, and picking a fight will definitely give them the attention they're looking for. i am so, so sorry you've been experiencing such negativity. there is no excuse for people to be so mean (i hate when people say "hurt people hurt people" - i've been hurt and bullied in my life but i don't go around doing it to other people). i love your videos because they're long, so i can put them on while i'm working on things for my small business. as for the way you speak? as someone who can be overstimulated pretty easily, i find your voice and cadence to be pretty calming and soothing. i've never thought you stumbled a lot and you come off as thoughtful when you speak. i read an article a long time back that was in defense of filler sounds/statements like "um" and "like", it reminded me that those are just our ways of saying, "give me a sec, i'm thinking and trying to be conscious of what i'm saying," and when is that ever a bad thing? as someone working hard to get their small business off the ground it's refreshing to hear someone talk honestly about the highs and lows of it all. ignoring haters is difficult, i know, so i just want to add some positivity here and your way in the hopes that it might be drowned out. keep up your awesome work, i look forward to your future videos, and wishing you all the success with your shop!

I got mine used off Amazon for like $25. I melt the wax in there and use a ladle to put the wax into my pitcher. It saves me so much time!
Is it possible to switch the living room with your Shop space? I think it would be cozy and really how much room do you need to sit on a couch and chill and watch t.V?
Love your vids! As a candle maker, I can tell you that candle making is pricey and requires a bit of equipment. Have you considered white label candles? Do you have a testing process for the candles?
I think you have the right attitude, ignore this kind of people :) Clearly it's the one who was talking negatively about you that as a problem, and definitely needs to consult! Maybe it was projection, it generally is! But it seems quite excessive as a reaction. If she doesn't like the content, she just has to stop watching..! As simple as that. Some people are just a lost cause. So please, keep thinking positive and try to forget about these people. Your videos are great, you show it as it is, it's not fake, it's life. There are ups and down. Same about your emotions, you are human. Personally I really appreciate that you are authentic. Also, when you make a mistake and you tell people of your channel, your learn about your mistake but it also helps us to avoid doing the same.
