A standing floor lamp in the dead space next to the shelf and at the end of the work table would free up space on a table. Also, a clear pocket hanging shoe organizer on the back of a door would be great storage for you small inventory ie car coasters, keychains etc. utilize the walls more with shelves and other organizational systems as well.
I am sad that your cozy couch left, but it definitely needed to leave. I understand the frustration of rearranging your studio. It has taken me five years to get my studio to function properly. I wish I could send you before and after photos to give you some ideas. My space is very small too, but finally was able to get it to work. Floor to ceiling free standing shelves really helped me, as well as clear storage bins. I am so excited to see how your studio continues to transform. This is going to be an amazing year for you!
Love organization videos. Everything looks great! On the heat press table I would put my blank shirts/sweatshirts. Have you ever thought about using daylight bulbs in the office? I had to put one in my office for a brighter light in my ceiling fan and just use the lamps for cozy vibes.
I think shelves above the heater by the closet would work and give you extra storage space. Also for the cats you could get a window seat so they could still be in there and have some company but not take up some much space. Looks very cute though!
Get an organized monitor stand and I would suggest getting a docking station as all wires would not be able to plug in at once and an easy plug would help you out.
Love studio reorgs! I rearrange mine every very often 😅 it is 500 sqft and that makes me want to keep changing things… can you please share details about the table that you put your htvront press on?

Yes! Do embroidery on your bags!

You could use corner shelves where the rack meets the white table

Awww … kitty is so cute! I think he just needs a tall kitty condo. Lavender could rent out a lower shelf of the condo. 🤣💞✨
You have a cash box just like mine. Love it!!

Omg you made me laugh with the sad music lol! But seriously though, this is the story of my small business life too! The struggle is real!
Buy some cat/dog beds for the animals and put them under desk.
