How Do I Make Pearlized Backgrounds and Images?

- When you use your Water Painter and Enamel Effects, you can make amazing pearlized backgrounds, papers, shapes, tags and images! You will want to cover your block with plastic wrap, or use a scrap piece of plastic so you have a place to pool the Enamel Effects. I used the flat brush to apply color in a variety of ways, even adding ink to change the color! Be sure to have a cup of water handy so you can clean the brush and tools right away. I've shown how to use enamel effects before, but I want to give a shout out to Brandy Cox for the additional inspiration!
