My grandfather harvest black pepper when they get ripe enough then the black pepper seeds get more spicy. We have 10 coconut trees and five mango trees.Every tree is covered with black pepper vines and we have been always harvesting black pepper seeds naturally . We only dry them under sun and we don't boil them either.

    • @BonsaiandGardeningZone

Plant may grow from seed but it will never fruit as it is a tropical plant and cannot produce fruits in chilling weather zone. On the other hand if you grow a cutting from matured fruiting plant or buy air layered plant, and grow it in controlled temperature in a Greenhouse, then it may fruit.

Review may be fake and purchased. Seeds are black because they are fumigated and boiled. And boiled seeds never germinate, as simple as this.
