Duplex arrows does ~44.7% MORE dps than inferno w/ 1 stack
Duplex arrows does ~38.2% LESS dps than inferno w/ 2 stacks
Duplex arrows does ~107.3% LESS dps than inferno w/ 3 stacks
69.1% MORE dps over duplex arrows dps for each inferno stack
this is going based off the numbers provided in the enchant's description, hypixel may have the damage calculated differently and i could be completely wrong
someone check the math i want to know if i need to go back to algebra 1

sorry to say this but inferno is affected by magic resistance (complete garbage in dungeons)
