Have been using for 5 years . Nothing but nothing comes close to these awesome heavyweights , i have one on each tripod a 52 on manfrotto and a 54 on benbo no 2 tripod , the 360 on the base is great but on the top i changed it , one is plenty ,after 5 years has not become sloppy it is still smoothe and takes a little pressure , like the new one
