Banana oatmeal peanut cake with chocolate
Ingredients :
2 bananas (160g).
7 medjool dates (146g).
350ml milk .
Orangezest.
70g peanut butter (1/3 cup).
Salt.
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice.
50g (1/2 cup) oatmeal.
75g (1/2 cup) spelt flour.
1 tsp baking powder.
70g chocolate drops (1/2 cup).
Chopped peanuts.
- 19cm round baking dish+baking paper.
- Bake at 180°C /350°F for 35-40 minutes.
