    I'm a NY'er that is fairly new to smoking and BBQ'ing... And I came across your comparison video of lump charcoal...I was very surprised that you only had 7k subs at the time, because of the excellent quality of your video(s). Malcolm is a big influence on me as well... Howtobbqright is another awesome channel. Anyway, I'm happy for you... If you're every in upstate NY, stop by.. Congrats on 10k brother

    Congrats! You have 10k+ because you put out good videos!!! Keep it up. And I'm interested in seeing how that smoke plate works. Very cool looking. Due a review cook on it and give your opinion on it compared to the slow and sear...👍

    I love my pellet smoker. And Malcom has had a huge influence on my bbqing also. You’ve got a great channel and the charcoal test vid is one of my favorites. I’ve gotta say tho, for a guy from Gloucester or “Gloucestah” you don’t seem to have the accent? Cheers from Mason, Nh

    Your the Reasoj i use B& B all the time now i still try some other charcoal as i feel everyone should from time to time but i have never been disppointed with a cook from B&B thank you also love wtaching your path into competition i am actually looking at starting to do some competitions this year so any advice would be welcome thanks and keep up the great videos

    That laser cut out on the front of that is gonna let heat through...may need to rotate your meat half way or so through

    Grilled plums topped with homemade vanilla ice cream is something I do often. I would love to see your twist on that one.

    Congrats Craig on reaching 10k+! You popped up in my feed a few weeks ago and I subbed. Man your prod quality is top notch, I guess your a pro? Your channel is exponentially growing, can you do a discussion/how to about making your channel. I have been doing comps over the past year and recently launched a channel too.

    Love this channel and congrats on making the big time! Would love to see one of your comparison videos between the smoke plate and a slow n sear. Seems like the smoke plate would choke off bottom air flow, but I’m no scientist, maybe it’ll make temp control more precise.
