First solo hike - My "Everest" - aka Buochserhorn

There's this one mountain in our "backyard" that's been calling me ever since we moved to Switzerland. It's that one mountain that I see every day when I look out of our window. I'd been putting this off for way too long. It was time to get that particular checkmark on my bucket list. Some people want to climb the Everest - I only want to hike up our "Hausberg" the Buochserhorn (1806m - 5925ft). I've never done this before, I had no idea what to expect and I am definitely not an endurance kind of guy.
I started my journey in Beckenried... That'll be an interesting challenge.
