Clutch Has Left The Chat - Road Trip Drag Challenge - Palmyra 2023

We head north for the Road Trip Drag Challenge at Palmyra Dragway.
The event was unfortunately rained out part way through day 2 and no racing was run on day 3 due to the weather again. The rain out meant we managed to come away with 3rd Place in the Open Manual Class and a completely smoked clutch.

Hi kye, what rear end ratio to you have before and what is it now?

Originally I set it up with a 4.88 center, now it is a 4.56 center 😀

I've heard the T56 swaps people have done with K don't like to shift at high rpm? Is the R150 locking you out of gears and force you to shift slowly or is it ok?

It definitely can lock out at higher RPM, but definitely something we'll keep working on and hopefully keep in in one piece in between race meeting to test soon!
